Create your account

Registration is done online, in a few minutes. It creates your company's account and makes you its first Administrator.

What you will be asked for

• your company's name;
• its SIRET number (14 digits);
• your first and last name;
• your work email address;
• acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.

No payment method is required for the trial.

Sign up

1. On www.profilesflow.com, click Free trial.
2. Fill in Company, SIRET, First name, Last name and Work email address.
3. Check “I accept the terms and conditions of sale”. The link opens the terms and conditions in a new tab if you want to read them again.
4. Click Get a code.
5. Open the email “Your Profiles Flow registration code”: the 6-character code appears in the subject line and in the message.
6. Enter it in the Code received by email field, then click Create my account. You can also click Complete registration in the email: the page reopens with the code already filled in, and all you have to do is confirm.

Your account is created at that moment, and you are signed in. Until the code is entered, nothing is created: an abandoned registration leaves no company and no trial started.

Didn't receive the code?

• Check your spam folder.
• Click Send a new code (a new one can be sent after one minute).
• If you entered the wrong address, click Use another address.

The code is valid for 15 minutes and can only be used once.

Rules to know

• One company, one account. The account is tied to the SIRET number. If your company already has one, registration is refused with the message “Your company already has an account: ask its administrator to invite you.”
• One address, one account. If your email address is already in use, sign in instead (see Sign in).
• No disposable addresses. Temporary email addresses are refused: use your company address.

The free trial

The trial lasts 30 days and gives access to every feature and every module. You receive an email reminder 7 days and then 2 days before it ends.

To continue after the trial, the administrator saves a bank card or a SEPA mandate from the Subscription page. Otherwise, access is suspended at the end of the trial: the interface, the public profile pages and the signature images stop being served.
