The solution: one profile, three materials
Profiles Flow starts from a single source: the employee's profile. First name, last name, job title, photo, phone numbers, social networks, home establishment. From it, the application automatically generates:
- an online profile page, with its QR code and its contact card (vCard) to save in one tap;
- a consistent email signature, installed in Gmail or Outlook;
- an Apple Wallet and Google Wallet business card, always in your pocket.
The look (logo, colors, layout, shared company contact details) comes from a template, defined once. An employee changes position? You edit their profile, and their page, signature and card follow.
How it works
You set the framework
You enter your company and your establishments (head office, branches, stores), then create a template in your colors: profile page theme, signature built block by block, Wallet card appearance. Several templates can coexist, for example one for the head office and one for regional branches, and rules decide who uses which.
You add your employees
One by one from the interface, in bulk from an Excel or CSV file, or automatically from your Active Directory. The establishment and company contact details are added to each profile on their own.
Everyone receives their materials
In one click, each employee receives by email the link to their profile page, their card to add to the Wallet and their signature. With the Google Workspace or Outlook (Exchange) modules, the signature even installs itself.
You track and evolve
The dashboard shows views, saved contacts, cards added to the Wallet and contact requests received. It also flags profiles to complete. A campaign to launch? One banner, and every signature carries it.
