Finally know what your business cards bring in
With a paper card, you never know whether it was used. With Profiles Flow, every visit, every saved contact, every banner click and every contact request is counted. You see what works, employee by employee.

What you measure

Your employees' audience
- Profile views, with the number of unique visitors: every time a profile page is opened, from a QR code, a signature or a shared link.
- vCards downloaded: the contacts actually saved to a phone.
- Banner clicks, from profile pages and email signatures.
- Leads: the contact details left by visitors.
- Views (total) since going live.

How equipped your teams are
- Cards added to Wallet, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet combined, over the period and since the start.
- Profiles equipped: how many employees have installed their card, out of all active profiles.
By period, by employee, by device
Choose a period and, if needed, a specific profile. The charts show visits over time day by day, the breakdown by device type (mobile, computer, tablet) and by operating system (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux). A ranking shows the most viewed profiles, with their job title and establishment.

A dashboard to decide quickly
As soon as you log in, the dashboard summarizes the last 30 days and compares them with the previous 30, with the trend for each indicator. It also shows the state of your setup (profiles, establishments, Wallet cards), the banners currently running with their clicks, and the Profiles to complete: those missing a photo, a job title or contact details.

Cookie-free measurement that respects visitors
Profiles Flow analytics set no cookies and store no IP addresses. A visitor is recognized for the span of one day by an anonymous fingerprint that cannot be used the next day. This type of audience measurement is exempt from consent under the recommendations of the French data protection authority (CNIL): your profile pages display no cookie banner.
The trade-off is deliberate: a visitor who comes back the next day is counted as a new unique visitor.
Frequently asked questions
Are the figures real-time?
They are updated roughly every five minutes.
Can an employee see their own analytics?
Yes, if they have access to the interface: they find the figures for their own card. Editors and administrators see those for the whole company, and each profile's 30-day view count also appears in the profile list.
How long are analytics kept?
Daily totals are kept for the entire duration of your subscription, so you can track trends over the long term.
Are QR code scans counted?
Yes: a scan opens the profile page and counts as a view.
