How it works
Try it free for 30 days
Create your account with your company’s SIRET number: every feature is open for 30 days, with no payment method to enter. We notify you by email 7 days and then 2 days before the end of the trial.
Subscribe when you are ready
Enter a credit card or a SEPA direct debit mandate from the Subscription page. Your first payment takes place on the 1st of the month following the end of the trial: the days between the end of the trial and that 1st of the month are not billed.
Pay for what you use
On the 1st of each month, the subscription is calculated on the number of active profiles on that date. An arrival or departure during the month is taken into account the following month. An invoice is sent to you by email every month.
Frequently asked questions
What is an active profile?
A published profile, that is, one that is not deactivated. An employee who has left, whose profile you deactivate, is no longer counted from the next billing date.
Why a €5 excl. VAT minimum?
It covers the fixed costs of an account, whatever its size. Up to 8 active profiles, you therefore pay €5 excl. VAT per month; beyond that, each profile counts for €0.60 excl. VAT.
How does payment work?
By credit card or SEPA direct debit, monthly and in advance, on the 1st of each month. Payments are processed by Stripe: we never have access to your full card number or your bank details. You can change your payment method at any time from the Subscription page.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription is monthly and can be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid.
What happens at the end of the trial if I do not subscribe?
Access is suspended: the interface, the profile pages and the signature images are no longer served. Your data is kept for 30 days; just subscribe to get everything back.
What if a payment fails?
We notify you by email and you have 15 days to settle it from the Subscription page. Nothing is cut off during that period.
Do you offer an annual plan or volume pricing?
Not for now: the same price applies to everyone, from the first profile.
Can prices change?
Any price change is announced to you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel at no cost before it takes effect.
Is the service open to individuals?
No. Profiles Flow is reserved for professionals: companies, associations, public bodies and self-employed professionals.
